The Fresh for Less program is successful because of our devoted volunteers who show up month after month. They are essential in helping us increase access to fresh produce in our community.
Volunteer Form
The Fresh for Less program relies on our community volunteers to support the continuous success of the program. If you are interested in helping support the program, please fill out the form below.
Tasks include:
- Unloading or organizing produce from delivery truck
- Packing Fresh for Less bags (production line)
- Loading Fresh for Less bags in vehicles
- Unloading Fresh for Less bags at other distribution locations (Newcastle Public Library)
- Clean up
- Distributing bags to members at our distribution locations (evenings)
Fresh for Less is once a month
- On the second Wednesday of each month for the Miramichi region.
- On the second Tuesday of each month for the Alnwick region.
